Architectural Experience
Communications and Bid Writer
AFK Studios, London
2024
I am responsible for, among other things, ensuring that the company's message is coordinated across all platforms, from daily online communication to bids and client presentations. The role combines my experience from five years of architecture studies with communications expertise from political work.

RIBA Student Mentoring Program
2019–2020
During my third year of architecture BA, I got to be on the RIBA mentoring program with Bond Bryan Architects, visiting their office and learning about the architectural profession from a professional standpoint and going on-site to learn what happens there when a large-scale (school) project is built.

Academic Peer Mentor
2018–2020
I have actively been a mentor for three students in my second and third years at Kent (first-year students in my second year and second-year students in my third year). This was a very educational and useful experience for me, as I learned about architectural communication and was given guidance and help with design problems other than those related to my projects.
Education
Architecture Diploma With Commendation - ARB/RIBA Part 2
Architectural Association School of Architecture
2021–2023
I spent my fourth year in the unit "Diploma 20 - The Civic Entrepreneur" and my fifth year in "Diploma 5 - Porous, Public, Unheimlich, Placed". My final project focused heavily on the architecture of political spaces and the symbolism of government architecture. I graduated with Commendation.

Architecture BA with First Class Honours - ARB/RIBA Part 1
Kent School of Architecture and Planning, University of Kent
2017–2020
I graduated with distinction and an overall average of 75 %. I was a member of the Media team in the Kent Architectural Student Association (KASA) through 2019, secretary for the UKC Quidditch team 'The Flying Chaucers' during my second year, and president of the same team in my third year.

One-year program in History
University of Oslo
2016–2017
The course encapsulated both earlier and modern Norwegian and world history, with specialisation in the Roman Empire, industrialisation in Norway, the aftermath of the Second World War, and the development of international humanitarian aid cooperation through the twentieth century. Among student activities, I played quidditch regularly throughout the year and participated in national tournaments.

Specialisation in General Studies with Arts, Crafts and Design Studies
Lørenskog Upper Secondary School
2013–2016
The program included modules in visual art, art history, architecture and design, giving me an early academic familiarity with both creative history and practice. I was elected my class' Student Council Representative for the year 2014-2015 and was a member of the school's international committee responsible for arranging a school-wide fundraiser for the organisation Right to Play in my third year, 2015-2016.
Politics and Volunteering
Campaign Worker and Leader of the Digital Campaign
Akershus Labour Party
2021
From January to September 2021, I worked as a campaign staffer at Akershus Labour Party, the Norwegian Labour Party's county branch in Akershus (in the absence of Part 1 architectural positions following the pandemic and economic fallout).

My main tasks focus on digital communication, social media strategy and digital content production for the county party. Additionally, I am working actively with municipal party branches and individual candidates for Parliament concerning effective outreach using social media.

Campaign Secretary
Akershus Young Labour
2019
I coordinated and helped lead the youth party campaign events in the county, which included organising visits to 22 different Upper Secondary Schools.

I was responsible for the social media campaign and the production of graphical content to share and advertise. I also produced flyers for print for my county branch, AUF i Akershus, AUF nationally, and for over 80 individual local council candidates across the country.

Municipal Council Representative
Enebakk Kommune
2015–2017
I was elected in the 2015 local elections to the Enebakk Municipality council for the 2015–2019 period and became a member of the Committee for Culture, Adolescence and Education (kultur, oppvekst og skole). I later became the deputy leader of the Committee on Climate and the Environment, which was responsible for all matters relating to the preservation and protection of the environment within the municipality.

Election Campaign Leader
Akershus Young Labour
2017
I was in charge of planning and coordinating AUF i Akershus' county campaign for the general election of 2017, from starting the planning phase in February through hosting workshops and presentations on campaigning during the spring to running campaign events from the middle of the summer up until the election in early September.

Responsible for Labour- and Educational Policy
Akershus Young Labour
2016–2017
A member of the county board and leader of a committee of five additional members. The main responsibility was to communicate outwards, educate the organisation and encourage debate about matters relating to labour and educational policies.

Local Leader and Secretary
Enebakk Young Labour
2013–2017
I helped start the municipal branch of my youth party (Arbeidernes Ungdomsfylking, AUF) in the autumn of 2013 and subsequently became secretary of the branch. In the summer of 2014, I became the leader of the board, and over the next three years, we made the branch one of the most active in the county before I stepped down in 2017.
